All of our listed parts are used, used parts may be scratched, other minor physical damage, dirty, contaminated with used oil/coolant or other liquids, broken or non-functional.

All our parts are ORIGINAL! The items are sold as shown in the pictures (therefore when relisting items similar pictures can be used, the main code is the same but the other numbers can be different)! Please make sure this item fits your car before purchasing. Please match your core to the pictures to avoid disappointment. Some images show OEM part numbers so you can match your old part.

Shipment:

We always ship items as fast as we can! Most orders are dispatched within 1 business day (usually same day or next day). Combined shipping discounts are available for multiple item orders. Before ordering, please send us a message listing the items and we will get back to you shortly with a special offer. Please send your request in writing via email and we will respond within 24 hours. Please note that postcodes in remote areas may be charged extra.

returns:

Please note that we do not process refunds until the item has been returned to us. Once we receive our item back, we will verify the secret bing and refund you as soon as possible. The buyer must contact us before returning an item. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. All our items are stored securely or visible and only these will be taken back and refunded. The return shipping fee is the responsibility of the buyer.

If the item you receive is found to be faulty or not working properly, PLEASE CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY.. Our technical team will be happy to help you with any questions. Our many years of experience show that in most cases and problems you can simply try to put the items in the right order again.

We accept no liability for labor costs associated with the installation of the supplied part, including costs related to damage caused during the installation, use and/or removal of the supplied part. This also applies to missed workshop or fitter appointments that can arise from delays in delivery.
