All Motografix orders are sent via Royal Mail 24/24 signed, 48/48 signed and International deliveries, these services insure your goods against loss or damage in transit.

Some services enable both parties to trace its progress if the need arises and a signature may be required upon receipt of goods or the parcel may be left at your local pick-up centre ready for personal collection (if not collected the item could be sent back to our head office here in the UK).

We will update your account with tracking information once shipped and checking the tracking status on a daily basis is advised so no delivery/attempt is missed.
