All pins are shipped in a bubble envelope. Each pin is sealed in a plastic bag during order processing to prevent any potential water damage during transit.
Canada orders ship via Canada Post Lettermail with no tracking. If you want tracking, please upgrade to Standard shipping at checkout.
USA orders ship via USPS with tracking.
International orders ship with limited tracking. Once the package leaves Canada, tracking will cease to update. Please be patient and allow enough time for your order to arrive.

We offer 30 day hassle-free returns on all orders.
If for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied with your order, you may initiate a return request within 30 days of receiving it. We will provide detailed return instructions, and then issue a refund upon the item's safe return to us. Please note that we require all returned goods to be returned in the condition in which they were despatched.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund for returned items that have clearly been used or intentionally damaged. If in our opinion any of these situations apply to a returned item, we reserve the right to refusal of refund or a deduction from the return amount.
