The dress is in great condition.

The top is 14" across for 8" of smocked elastic 

From top to hem is 42"

There is a 1" ruffle on to the very top

The flare at the bottom is over 36" wide

There are 4 tiers with separated by black lace.

The tiers starting at the bottom of the smocked elastic are 33" to the hem

This dress is 100% cotton made in India.

Handwashing in cold water advised.
