Sleeve has some ring-wear showing front and back. Worn corners and edges tiny split in seam bottom right, and some written initials top left back. Also has a few light creases and marks. The disk has some surface marks hairlines but  plays like great with no intrusive audibles found on playtest. The labels have a little light discoloration and the same initials in blue pen written on side A.
