This is an antique photo frame with a glass photo of a Victorian family. Made in the mid to late 19th century the frame is probably made of gutta percha which was a plant based product similar to rubber. The is an inner frame of gilded copper. The photo is printed on glass. The glass photo cover is cracked and the printing worn see photos.
