Up for auction (no Reserve!) is this 1965 Chevy II Nova. This car was my Dad's barn find. He bought it from a guy near his house in West Virginia. I sourced the brand new American Racing wheels and tires for him last year. The car motor runs well and is an in-line 6-cylinder (it has the numbers "2084F50" stamped on the passenger side of the block). Unfortunately my Dad passed in June and I don't want to take on the project. I drove it around his small town a little... it is nearly road worthy. I would first give it a brake job and I would replace all the bushings to improve the handling. He did have it painted the candy apple red, unfortunately, the painter was an amateur and it shows. The car has lots of dings and the paint is streaky, but body is pretty solid. PLEASE WATCH THE VIDEO AND LOOK AT THE PICS. I've tried to be as transparent as possible. This car will make someone a great "driver." I also have a bunch of undercarriage pics I can send you if you are really interested in the car. Other than the noted floorpan below, the undercarriage/frame looks pretty good.

I interpreted the VIN decode to say it was born in Norwood, OH as a Chevy II 400 Nova four-door. The cowl tag says it had "Red Standard" interior when it was born. Both the VIN and Cowl Tag are in the pics if you want to do some research.

PLEASE NO SHIPPING. CAR IS FOR LOCAL PICKUP ONLY IN OLMSTED FALLS, OH 44138

Positives
Not a lot of rust, brand new wheels and tires, brand new radiator, the motor and transmission are in operating order, all-in-all exterior isn't terrible. I am also throwing in a brand new set of Spring Perches to help get the suspension up to snuff.

Known Flaws
Needs new brakes, transmission pan gasket (gasket included), rust holes in jambs (see pics), passenger side patch in floorboard (under the amateur patch is a replacement floor pan that needs to be fitted correctly - see pics), trunk pan patch (see in pics), glove compartment missing (door is there, just not the inside compartment) (see in pics), entire interior needs attention... new carpet, headliner and upholstery. Two of the door cards are not bad, two are roached (see pics).
