No brand or size tag.  Jacket has the ILGWU tag. Expect it would fit a vintage size 4, but please confirm measurements.

Skirt has zipper and flat hook on the back, offset in the same line as the back seam, with a pleat in the front and 2 pockets.

Skirt length 20.5-21". Waist approx. 25"

Jacket has 2 sets of buttons, fake pockets, collar, pleat in the back

Sleeve length 23", jacket length from neck to bottom = 25", armpit to armpit = 17"

Lining has some tears , skirt zipper works fine but doesn't glide quickly
