This Small Soldiers Power Drill Cycle Vehicle with Scratch-It figure is a must-have for any collector or fan of the 1998 movie Small Soldiers. Manufactured by Kenner, this toy vehicle is in great shape and comes complete with its original packaging.

The figure appears to have never been opened, but the tape is incredibly old so it’s falling off and no longer sticky. As such, I’ve listed it as used. There is a piece of tape on the back (see second picture of back) that I just left as I didn’t want to rip the box. It looks like it may have already been ripped somewhat. Box is in okay shape with some dings on the corners.
