Presented is a set of 6 dinner size knives with sterling silver handles from Reed & Barton. This set is in the Intaglio pattern, which was patented in 1905. The pattern displays elegant flowers and a threaded edge on both sides of the handle. One side of each handle has been monogrammed R in a Gothic script.

The blades look to be the original silver plated carbon steel blades.

The handles are marked sterling along with the maker's mark for Reed & Barton and the "patent applied" for. This means these knives were made before the patent was granted in 1905. These are first year of production.

This set is in great overall condition. The handles are free of dents. The pattern details are well-defined. There are no breaks and no repairs.

Length: 9 1/2 inches
