A brand new, never used chrome neck plate for Fender type guitars and basses, complete with fixing screws and plastic 'cushion/gasket'. The cushion is not essential but was fitted to Fender basses through part of the sixties and seventies. Please see the measurements shown in the photos to ensure that it will fit your particular guitar.
