For your consideration is a Antique Half Doll Pincushion Doll being left in it's original state of find. Exact age and maker of the doll is unknown. Dress is extremely worn, but only adds to the character of the doll.

This hand painted porcelain half doll looks the part of a Spanish senorita. The young lady has raven black hair pulled up on top of her head and there’s a cobalt blue hair comb at the top. She has delicate facial feature and a touch of blush to her cheeks. One arm is raise with her hand resting on her neck and the other hand, fingers tucked in, is on her hip. She’s wearing a white bustier which almost blends into her alabaster skin. She is possibly German.

Not including the pincushion the doll measures about 2 7/8” tall and about 3” wide across at her elbows and the base measures about 1” in diameter. She has a small chip missing out of her raised arm, see photograph.
