NordicTrack T9 Si Treadmill with Intermix Acoustics 2.0 and Durasoft 3 running platform, can also be folded away (see photos). Also has very extensive incline options, red safety pull-tag, and many other features. 

This treadmill has a fault above the speed setting of about 10 km/h, which is that it the belt begin to stutter (stop or skip). It is possibly a repairable fault, but that is its present condition. 

Unfortunately the dismantling and lifting would be unassisted apologies for that.
