You are bidding on a lovely example of Fujifilm's X-Pro1 camera, finished in black. The auction is for the camera body only, no lens is supplied. 

 Announced in 2012, Fujifilm'x X-Pro1 kickstarted Fujifilm's APS-C mirrorless revolution, combining a premium, all-metal build, rangefinder styling and haptics, with a great 16mp sensor. A few years on and the X-Pro1 continues to be much sought after by photographers in the know: budget-conscious enthusiasts wanting the amazing hybrid viewfinder without the outlay of the newer X-Pro series; seasoned professionals looking for a dependable body to pair up with their collections of beautiful f/2 primes. Even more interestingly, the X-Pro1 has become something of a 'character' camera in 2024, eschewing next-gen sensor tech for something that recalls more filmic, analogue processes. It excels at out-of-camera monochrome JPEGs, which feel gritty, visceral and urgent.

 As you can see from the photographs taken earlier, the camera up for auction today continues to be in excellent condition, exhibiting only slight signs of use. Cosmetically, it's lovely, and there are no significant dings, dents or scratches and the screen continues to be spotless and free of scratches. Operationally, everything works just as it should.
