This is brand new, in it's original packing and box. It is undamaged in any way. It has only been out of the box twice - when I first got it (right before I moved house!) and today, 4th April 2024, so I could take some pictures. The pictures show the figurine in it's polystyrene packaging, with the outside box next to it.
