ELC Early Learning Centre Wooden Doll House is perfect for children aged 3 and up. 

The Rosebud Cottage dolls house is made of wood and has a charming cottage style. The pretty dolls house features three stories, with a total height of 66 cm and a length of 58 cm.

We have included the small amount of furniture we have that goes with it (our children used items from various other sets as well as the wooden pieces that go with this set!)  So there are a few playroom items, bunk beds, cots, table and chairs plus a dresser.  Also included are the figures in the photos, some babies, young children, parents, grandparents and a policeman.

This set has some sun bleach fading on the back of the roof where it was near a window and a few other wear and tear marks.  Structurally the house itself is in very good condition and it all has a lot of life left in it!

(please excuse the photos where, in my haste, I have built the house with the top floor upside down, the catch should be on the underside to hold the front panels of the house in place when they are closed)
