I’ve had it 13 years and it was purchased having been professionally re upholstered in leather.  

Measures 44” tall, 27.5” deep, 24.5” wide.

Sturdy and comfortable.

Unsure of origin but my research suggests it may be a French design, hand carved from oak (or possibly walnut), early 1900s ?
