Brand new, but opened (minifigures and related accessories carefully removed). Never built.
There is also no comic, and depending on overall weight the original box may not be supplied (despite being picture above, but the Lego will still be very well protected for delivery).
Please be clear about the minifigures not being included - no returns of refunds for not reading the description properly (ie due to figures not being included).
