this pen and refill are out of ink as far as I can tell - that is why the price is lower - otherwise in good condition - refill is a little discolored and does not have ink in it anyways or is dried out or something - very light minimal visible wear on the pen - should be able to refill this with a different refill and use it - just I do not have any more ink or refills - sorry - selling this as is - see photos for more details
