Presented is a nice quality American coin silver creamer. This piece dates to
around 1820-1830. The creamer is done in a very classical form, raised on a
pedestal base. The creamer has bands of decoration around the rim, the shoulder
and the base. One side of the creamer has a monogram of 'O' in elegant script.
The interior is clean as can be and completely useable. The silver is thick and
the piece is very well made.
This piece is in great overall condition. There is a slight compression dent
to the base. There are no splits, no leaks, no monogram removals, and no
repairs.
This piece has no hallmarks, as is typical with American silver works of this
time period, but the creamer is tested and guaranteed 900/coin silver purity.
This piece stands approximately 6 inches tall.
This piece weighs 211 grams or 7.4 regular ounces.
