If you have misplaced or lost your Ford radio code, here is how we can recover it for you without the need to remove your stereo head unit from the car:

Please remove your radio sat nav head unit, take a picture of the white information label on the side of the unit and send it to us through eBay messaging.

Code entry:

Press key 1 repeatedly until you have the first digit

Press key 2 repeatedly until you have the second digit

Press key 3 repeatedly until you have the third digit

Press key 4 repeatedly until you have the fourth digit

Then press and hold key 5 until the code has been accepted

If for any reason the code is not accepted, contact us and we will instruct you with the options available. Please do not enter the code more than three times if the radio is not accepting it as this could lock the radio.

We aim to recover your radio code as soon as possible but sometimes it may take up to 12 hours.
