The PSA cases are as fresh as possibly can be, we un-box them and scan right away. Then place each individually newly graded card into a specialized perfect fit graded sleeve. Next they are placed into storage out of direct light in our warehouse. After that they are placed on auction here on our store. Please be aware, that there maybe imperfections on the card itself inside the case, or on the outer graded shell. The grading company has determined the final condition of the card. After recieving; we pride ourselves on taking the best care we can on these collectibles.

Customs charges are 100% the buyers responsibility to be paid per ebays policy. Some countries prepay on ebay, some countries will have no tax to pay, and some countries have to pay once it arrives in their local area. Please research your areas customs situation before making expensive purchases.

- Do you combine the postage cost?
Yes, we combine and discount all of the postage based off of the total average weight and volume of the purchased items. Please allow us time to combine and discount postage invoices after you win the auctions.

Example if you won 7 cards it will cost; $16.5 USD for standard tracked postage

- Will my item be wrapped well?
We pride ourselves on going beyond with our shipping / mailing service. Everything is greatly wrapped in multiple layers of bubble wrap, cards with secure heavy duty card savers, new sleeves, cardboard when necessary, and we use cotton based synthetic gloves for high end items. We have dealt with collectibles for over 12 years, and have great experience in handling goods.

- Can you mail to a different address after checking out on ebay?
Technically no, please make sure that when you checkout on ebay, that the correct mail shipping address is input before making the final purchase. That is where we will be sending it. It will be printed clearly, exactly as you checked out with. So please make sure there is no errors in your shipping address.
If you made a mistake checking out your mail address, please do not be a afraid to message us if you have made a mistake. we can fix it.
- Can you declare lower customs values for me ?
Customs charges are the buyers responsibility, we are unable to illegally lower declare packages. I am sorry.

- Can i get a refund because the inside of my psa card is heavily damaged ?
No, please check the grade on the label presented, and the clear scans which showcase condition, any internal detriments is from the opinion of the official grading staff at the time. we are not responsible if you have a difference of opinoin to the grading staff who graded these cards. For instance, if you personally think your psa 6 card, with a crease is too damaged inside the psa case. it does not entitle you to a refund. Buy the grade, not the card, so to speak. We list every cards grades clearly in the title and description. The grading scales from 1-10 can be found online, at PSA / BGS / CGC.
- The customs tax is too high, i want a return, and low value declared please?
No, it is the buyers responsibility to pay all customs import tax, we do not under-declare values, so please research your customs laws and payments up front before making any big purchases from overseas. Per ebays policy this is not a valid reason for a return.
