paper ephemera, and much more. We are also given the honor of selling fine and
rare pieces for other collectors.

of our hobby’s most well-respected and knowledgeable collectors. I am

WELCOME TO WITCH WEEKS! My next several offerings will feature
all things WITCHY!
Here is a very interesting and eye-catching item that I have never seen before.
It is a larger-sized paper label sign or merchandising card featuring a witch
on her broom as she flies across a golden full moon. An illuminated Jack o'
Lantern and black cat, flying black bats, and the word Halloween are featured
as well.
The full moon printed in luscious metallic gold. It is unmarked, and I was not
able to find it in any of my reference books.
This piece measures 8 ½” X 5”.
The exact condition is as follows:
NEAR MINT condition with just a tiny bit
of roughness to one corner. There are no bends, creases, or tears.
I believe this piece of ephemera may have been used as a merchandising sign
during the Hallowe'en season at one of those great old five-and-ten cent stores
that many of us miss to this day. I think this piece would look amazing framed
and incorporated into your collection of other pieces of interesting Hallowe'en
memorabilia.
