On September 15, Ukrposhta put into circulation a new set of "Lighthouses of Ukraine" postage stamps. The postal issue is dedicated to Ukrainian lighthouses and continues the series of postage stamps launched in 2009-2010. Among the lighthouses depicted on this year's stamps: Stanislav-Adzhigolskyi Zadnii, located in the Kherson region near the village of Rybalche, the Byryuchy lighthouse on the Byryuchy island in the Kherson region, the unique lighthouse on the Zmiiny island in the Black Sea (Odesa region), as well as three Crimean lighthouses - Illinsky (on Cape St. Ilya), Meganomsky (on Cape Meganom) and Yevpatoriysky (in the Kalamitsky Bay). .
The ceremonial special redemption of the stamps took place with the assistance of State Hydrography State Administration on the territory of the highest lighthouse of Ukraine - the Stanislav-Adzhigol Back Lighthouse, which is depicted on the postage stamp. The general director of JSC "Ukrposhta" Ihor Smilyanskyi, the head of the "Mykolaiv district of the State Hydrographic Office" Oleg Oliynyk, as well as the lighthouse worker Volodymyr Burdyga took part in the event.
