New sealed on card. 5.5" vinyl plastic action figure toy. Mild various imperfections.... package cardboard has light to moderate wear, bubble has typical tint or yellowing to clear blister. Original 1980's price tag attached on front.
When it comes to collectibles like this I try to just take many good photos and let you, the collector, see for yourself, as there are likely things you notice that I don't see/notice. I do make an effort to take close ups of issues I do see, not just general overview pictures. There are definitely issues, it's not grading at a 10 or anything, but it seems to be in better condition than the others I have seen. Hang tab is unpunched.
