This motorcycle is sold “as is”. It is dated 2003 and since unopened, it
has not been tested to full capacity. It is possible that batteries may
need replaced due to age.The box does have some dust and wear from storage, and there is some separation from the plastic and the box on the right side as seen in photos.
This motorcycle does not appear to have been opened; the tape on the sides of the box is still intact. Looks to be sealed and the motorcycle still looks to be attached to plastic inside; however, note that the motorcycle does have a few minor scratches on the chrome and a few spots where something appears to be crusted onto the chrome. I am not sure what this is, as the box appears to be unopened and the motorcycle is in otherwise new condition. These are shown in the photos and more detailed photos can be sent if requested. The sounds on the control were tested thru the “try me” window and found to not be working, likely due to age of the batteries.
