I have for your consideration a 18K Yellow Gold Rectangular Virgin Mary Madonna Pendant Medal.

Made in Italy, purchased in Italy.  Marked 750, the Italian mark for 18K gold.  In unused condition.  Weight is 2 grams.  There is another mark but is illegible, could be a makers mark?  Has a nice size bale.  Medal measures 1 1/16" long with bale x 1/2" wide.
