Next up on the sales floor, solely for your love of catching things that live underwater, we have: One (1) Acme Kastmaster TK3/2 Trout Mixed Lure 3-Pack 1/4oz Kastmaster Phoebe Little Cleo Brand New In Factory Sealed Package & Free Shipping!!!!!!! Uh-huht!!!! A great selection of 3 top performing 1/4oz lures, including Kastmaster, Phoebe, and Little Cleo. These top performing lures will work great in fresh water and salt water applications. You'll get exactly what's pictured, one (1) Kastmaster chrome/silver colored lure, one (1) Phoebe gold colored lure, and one (1) Little Cleo silver colored lure, all in the 1/4oz (7g) size.  In case you're not knowing the difference between these three lures, here's what ACME says about them. Kastmaster: "Kastmaster’s balance produces wild action without line twist! Because of its aerodynamic design, it’s the master distance caster, and catches fish from pan-sized trout to bragging-sized stripers – in fresh and salt water. The Kastmaster is precision machined. It will not break, bend or corrode and it retains its luster even after repeated exposure to salt water." Phoebe: "An American original. Phoebe is one of the finest metal spinning lures ever made. The unique hydrodynamic curvature creates a three-dimensional illusion. Fished fast, slow, deep or shallow – this lure looks like a fat, full-bodied baitfish." Little Cleo: "Second only to the news that salmon and steelhead were tearing up tackle in the Great Lakes was the discovery that Little Cleo's were the surest way to catch them. To anglers in the know that wasn't really news. For over 30 years Little Cleo's have been taking limit catches of gamefish throughout North America. The unique hump-backed shape of Little Cleo results in a seductive, wiggling action as the lure is drawn through the water. The illusion created is one of a fat baitfish, acting in an erratic, confused manner. This odd behavior triggers the predatory nature of the gamefish, who strike out of curiosity and anger, as well as hunger. This three-way appeal hooks them every time, and explains Little Cleo's fantastic success — it’s famous countrywide as the one lure that takes all gamefish." And there you have it. Now if you could just get a fish on one of these you'd be doing great.  Here's what it looks like recapped in bullets:
So get you some Acme lures then. Or else you won't have any. And then you'll have to be a master baiter! And then it'll suck to be you!!!! Oh ya, and did I mention that these badazz lures ship for free??!?!! Sure I did. Just now. So please consider it mentioned.

Thanks for looking!!!!! Be sure to check out the other Acme Kastmaster lures I have listed!!!!!

Payment:

Payment is accepted ONLY via eBay checkout (see eBay's payment policies if you are unsure of their payment methods). On auctions, I will send an invoice to the winning bidder within 24 hours of close of auction. Unless you purchased multiple items and are awaiting an invoice to reflect that, you do not need to wait for the invoice to pay for your item. It is preferred that payment be made immediately (like you want your item sent), but payment absolutely has to be made within four (4) days of close of auction per eBay policy, or an unpaid item dispute will be opened and the item will be re-listed. On Buy It Now / Best Offer purchases, again, eBay policy says payment must be made within four (4) days or I reserve the right to open an unpaid item dispute four (4) days after date of purchase if payment has not been made and you have not contacted me to let me know when payment will be made. For me, it's all about communication. I am very accommodating if I am aware of what is going on. So let me know what is going on, otherwise you tie my hands and leave me only one course of action. It would be my preference to never file unpaid item cases but without hearing from you, unpaid item cases are the only way to get back selling fees already taken for items that are unpaid and didn't really sell.

California residents will have 8.75% tax added to the total of the sale (shipping and handling will not be taxed).

Shipping:

Shipping prices quoted are for the U.S. ONLY. At this time skylers_junk is not shipping internationally. Shipping is ONLY to the PayPal address provided to me by eBay/PayPal at the time of your purchase. Please, save yourself the hassle and grief of asking me to do something I will not do (because you didn't read it here). There is no chance I will send your purchase to a different address than the one showing on eBay from PayPal. Especially since you can do that yourself at checkout. If you don't know how, inquire at eBay or PayPal and they will tell you how. You can have multiple addresses on file, choosing which you'd like to use at checkout. So long as it's showing on my end, that's where it will go.

Purchases will be shipped within one (1) business day of verification of receipt of funds through PayPal. Business hours are 8am to 5pm Monday through Friday. Many times I will ship on the weekend, but I reserve the right not to. All items purchased will ship USPS to include a tracking number, which will automatically upload right to the listing(s) in your purchased items for your records. All items sold are packaged protectively with skill by me personally in the hopes that they will arrive in the same condition that I send them in. Damages that may occur during shipping must be addressed with the carrier who delivered them.

I will happily combine shipping on any/all multiple purchases, provide you DO NOT PAY for them first. The reason all sellers ask you not to pay first is because eBay charges a non-refundable final value fee immediately upon an item selling. Not when you pay, but upon it selling. If you pay for an item, then that fee is gone, non-refundable. And then you want me to discount shipping for you. Please don't make me pay fees for money you're supposed to give me, and then ask me if you cannot give me some of that money. How about you work with me here and help me not pay those fees so I can keep item prices down by asking me to combine shipping BEFORE you pay for your purchases. And please send me a message if you are trying to win more of my items and are delaying payment on auctions/purchases already won. I cannot read minds and if you do not tell me you will likely end up with a non-paying bidder case opened against you. Always wait for an invoice that shows the corrected shipping costs, and at that time you can pay.

Related to returns, even though you may have received free shipping when you initially purchased something from me, there are certain circumstances where if your purchase is returned, the amount it cost me to initially ship the item to you may be deducted from your refund. Some examples of this are buyers remorse, you found the item cheaper somewhere else, the size large you got from me doesn't fit like other larges do on you, or you just plain old changed your mind. Also, your PayPal address on file with eBay, and where you receive you mail, are things that are your responsibility. If you have the wrong PayPal address on file, and your item is returned to me automatically and you end up wanting a refund, initial shipping charges will be deducted from your refund. If your order something and the package is too big to fit in your apartment mailboxes and you don't provide the Post Office with somewhere safe to leave it, and don't go pick it up from them after they leave you two notices over a period of two weeks, and your item ends up being returned automatically to me and you want a refund, initial postage charges incurred by me will be deducted from your refund. Likewise if you want it mailed out a second time after being returned from something that is your responsibility, you will have to pay additional shipping charges. Postage quoted on any listing is for shipping the item one (1) time and one (1) time only.

Terms of Sale:

If your feedback score is less than 10, you will need to send me a message prior to placing a bid on any of my items for sale or auctions. I should say this 47 times, because very few buyers with less than 10 feedback do it. I'm here to tell you, when you do not contact me prior to bidding and your feedback score is less than 10, DO NOT BE SURPRISED when I cancel your bid just like this listing advises you I'll do. Test me on this one. I reserve the right to cancel any and all bids you may make if you do not adhere to this term. And it has nothing to do with you being new. It has to do with you being real and us having a dialogue.

4 times out of 10, buyers won't/don't leave feedback for sellers. It's not just my experience, it's sellers across the board. Yet selling is where all the work is. Creating listings, pictures, questions, shipping, etc. I have a set up that will leave feedback for a buyer within 24 hours of the buyer leaving feedback for me. What that means is (here is the 2nd term of this sale)....if you don't leave feedback, you won't get feedback. Your feedback lets me know that you were happy with the item you received, the transaction that took place between us, and the overall sale, and that our business for the moment is concluded. At that point, you will get feedback from me. Fair is fair.

Please, if for some reason you are not happy with your item or our transaction, contact me prior to leaving feedback so that I may have an opportunity to correct the problem. Communication is the key on eBay. I can't fix a problem if I don't know one exists. And I will fix it. Rest assured, I posses the skills to correct any problem. Doubt that statement? Test me.

Contact Us:

As always, your questions are more than welcome. I want you to have any/all of the information you need to feel comfortable with your bid. I will do my best to answer all questions about items within 24 hours...except stupid questions. No, I'll even answer stupid questions. But you know what they say right? Ask a stupid question....get a sarcastic answer. I think that's how the saying goes. Really though, the only stupid question when you're buying stuff on eBay is the one you don't ask.

I can be contacted via messages within eBay.
