Fatsia Japonica Japanese Aralia 'Spider's Web' is an evergreen, tropical-like shrub of bushy habit. It is a medium sized plant perfect for borders and containers and can provide a striking centrepiece within mixed containers. Achieves a height and spread of around 150cm x 150cm in 10-15 years. Planted for its foliage, this variegated shrub displays broad-leaved, large, palmate, green leaves edged and splashed in cream. Suitable for moist but well drained, acidic, alkaline or neutral soils. This is a hardy plant withstanding cold Winter conditions of -15 to -10 degrees celsius. Suitable for most of the UK even in a severe Winter except for the most exposed sites. This variety is best positioned in full sun to full shade, part shade.
