This is a very nice AIWA Compact Disc Stereo Radio Cassette Recorder.  It is Model CSD-ES220.

It comes with the power cord.  It also has a compartment for batteries (batteries are not included).

The outside is black.  

I tested all functions: The radio, the CD Player and the Cassette Player.  All work perfectly.

This boombox measures 16 inches wide by about 6 inches tall (not including the handle).  It is about 7 inches in depth.
