For sale is a figure of a Franconian gentleman made by Nymphenburg in the early 20th century . Originally modeled by model of Resl Schröder-Lechner , the gentleman is nicely dressed in a traditional Frankonian outfit including a nice hat with a tassel on it, a green jacket and red shirt and some sort of tan pants which might be a type of lederhosen plus black boots while standing on a simple base with a light green trim to the bottom edge. The figure is 8.625 inches tall, 2.875 inches wide and 2.25 inches deep. Marked with the impressed shield mark to the front edge of the base as well as on the underside, the impressed numbers 847 over 0 and the green shield mark with the word Nymphenburg underneath. Germany in black under the base as well. Looks to be from the original period and much nicer than most one sees plus he in perfect condition which is always a plus.
