Arai Concept XE

Inspired by the simple yet aggressive style of the 80s, this helmet comes from the heart of Arai 's R&D department.

The robust simplicity of the Concept-XE is the product of the imagination. But don’t jump to conclusions. The retro style may attract attention, but it had to pass Arai's rigorous internal tests. Consequently, beneath the aggressive look lies a strong, lightweight PB e-cLc shell with a smooth and rounded shape, reinforced with Arai proprietary peripheral belt to glide over surfaces and bounce off obstacles. The VAS-VC sight system with its mechanical retro optics further improves sight performance by lowering the sight pivot point to maximize a smooth top surface. Although it is reminiscent of the past, the Concept-XE is very much a helmet of the present. Ready for a generation of modern riders who demand a new, old style – but with the performance and comfort that only an Arai helmet can offer.

Note on disposal of used batteries

The following notice is intended for those who use batteries or products with built-in batteries and no longer resell them in the form in which they were delivered to them (end users):

1. Free return of used batteries

Batteries must not be disposed of with household waste. You are legally obliged to return used batteries so that proper disposal can be guaranteed. You can return old batteries to a municipal collection point or to a local retailer. As a distributor of batteries, we are also obliged to take back used batteries, although our obligation to take back is limited to used batteries of the type that we have or have had in our range as new batteries. You can therefore either return old batteries of the aforementioned type to us with sufficient postage or hand them in free of charge directly to our shipping warehouse at the address stated in the imprint.

2. Meaning of battery symbols

Batteries are marked with the symbol of a crossed-out garbage can (see below). This symbol indicates that batteries must not be disposed of with household waste. For batteries that contain more than 0.0005 percent mercury by weight, more than 0.002 percent cadmium by weight, or more than 0.004 percent lead by weight, the chemical name of the pollutant used is located under the garbage can symbol - "Cd" stands for cadmium, "Pb" stands for lead, and "Hg" for mercury.
