This listing is for a CREATOR, MODULAR SKATE HOUSE NO. 31081, LEGO SYSTEMS PLAYSET WITH INSTRUCTIONS. The set comes in used condition with the instructions. The instructions are complete but may have some wear. I believe that all of the pieces were accounted for when assembled the set including the figures. It was made in 2018 by Lego. The set will be disassembled for shipping. Please look closely at the photos since they show exactly what you will receive. I will combine shipping on multiple purchases to save you postage cost. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, items may be returned as long as they are returned in the same condition.
