One of the few books ever dedicated to the often-overlooked Reising Submachine gun.
The Reising was developed by Eugene Reising, and manufactured by Harrington & Richardson in the early years of World War II to supplement the Thompson submachine gun.

The Reising was adopted by the Marine Corps but suffered many reliability problems in the harsh Pacific environment. The weapon would see service with plant guards and security personnel during the war. During the post-war era, the Reising was adopted by many police departments. And became popular with Class III enthusiasts. The Reising remained in production until 1957. This well-researched book was based on USMC records from Quantico VA and the National Archives.
