Disney Toy Story Buzz Lightyear Ultimate Talking Figure 1st Edition 1995 made by Thinkway Toys

Recent Toy Show Find from the original owner, who stated that they had purchased this Buzz directly from Disney in 1995 - thats all thr history I know on thos piece

Please see photos for best description of the packaging (box) and toy.  Buzz has never been removed from the box.  His buttons dont seem to work, but not sure on batteries as did not want to remove from the box.  Cool 1st edition Toy story piece.  The box has some corner folds and some slight dent in the one corner as shown.  Seems to be pretty normal stuff from reading other posts.
