Spidi Solar Tex is a modern motorcycle jacket, prEN 17092-4:2017 Class A certified, equipped with a removable thermal interior and with the possibility of combining it with the waterproof H2Out membrane (sold separately).
Solar Tex is made of abrasion-resistant, high-tenacity polyester, with reflective areas for night riding. There are zippered vents on the shoulders to regulate airflow, and there are adjustment straps on both sides, to allow for a perfect fit.
Solar Tex is also equipped with EN 1621-1 level 1 certified protections on the shoulders and elbows, and there is the possibility of mounting the Warrior back protectors, certified Level 1 and Level 2 (sold separately).

SHIPPING
All our orders are shipped via Express Courier and the goods are shipped only to Italy.

Delivery will take place, without notice, at the following times: from 9.00 to 13.00; from 2.00pm to 6.00pm, every day, except holidays, from Monday to Friday.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:

Aronimoto guarantees the right of withdrawal pursuant to art. 64 and following of Legislative Decree n. 206/2005; which provides for the possibility of returning the product within 10 working days from the date of receipt and obtaining a refund.
The right of withdrawal is subject to the following conditions:
*The purchased good must be intact and returned in the original packaging, complete with all its parts.

WARRANTY:

All products sold by Aronimoto are covered by the manufacturer's conventional warranty and by the 24-month warranty for defects of conformity, pursuant to Legislative Decree 24/02. To benefit from warranty assistance, the Customer must keep the invoice (or DDT) or the receipt that he will receive inside the package received or via e-mail in PDF format.

Replacement times:

The product replacement times from the time it arrives at our headquarters can vary from a minimum of 7 days to a maximum of 25 working days to allow our technical laboratory to carry out tests and checks on the product. Once the warranty rules have been verified and respected, the returns office will send the replacement product the day after the test has been approved.

The sending of the new product is however not guaranteed within the times indicated above as it may not be available in stock, in this case our internal policy is committed to finding an agreement with the customer with the issuing of a purchase voucher for the value commercial of the goods purchased or replacement with an article of equivalent or superior characteristics. We specify that no damage can be requested from Aronimoto for a replacement of the product within the timescales indicated above.
