British alternative rock legends The Cure celebrated FORTY FIVE years as a band, last year in 2023. They began their long and illustrious career in '78, and The Cure released their debut album in '79 (titled 'Three Imaginary Boys'). Their last studio album was released in 2008, but they've done several tours since then, including one recently (a North American tour in 2023). The Cure can still enchant an audience with well over forty years of music to play!

In today's great deal, we feature a couple of full length CDs from The Cure, a CD/DVD combo, EIGHT vintage maxi-single CDs, plus a very cool holographic interview CD! First up is the RARE remix collection titled 'Razor Rare Remixes Volume 1', with a total of TWELVE remixed tracks! You may have already heard a couple of these remixes, but the rest are exclusive to this disc. A lot of these remixes come from the Razormaid remix vinyl record service, which was only available to DJs! Disc itself looks good, with a few light surface marks on it. Nothing too bad, or that will affect play. Case also looks great.

The Cure released what may be their finest work in 1989, THIRTY FIVE years ago, and called it 'Disintegration'. It is chock full of hits, and there's a few CD singles from the album included in this deal. If you're a fan, you more than likely already own 'Disintegration'. If so, you can give this copy away, put it in your car, or let me know that you don't need it. But if you don't have it, you NEED this in your collection! Disc is in really good condition, with only a couple of very light surface marks on it. Nothing bad, hardly noticeable, and won't affect play. Case looks great, as well.

Next up we have the TWENTY year old self titled release from The Cure, with a 'making of' DVD added to this edition! In a very cool gatefold, with artwork drawn by Robert Smith's nieces and nephews (they were told to draw a good dream, and a bad dream). The DVD is about 18 minutes long, and the CD is enhanced. Pop this in your computer, and see what surprises are on there! (The CD also adds an extra track that's not on the standard North American release.) Both discs look great, with only a couple of very light surface marks on the CD. Nothing bad, or that will affect play. DVD looks new. Digipak case looks really nice, with a tiny bit of shelf-wear, mainly on the corners. Inside booklet is immaculate!

Next we have the CD maxi-singles. First up is from the 1996 album 'Wild Mood Swings', and the song "The 13th". That track is here with two remixes, and they add TWO other tracks, originally exclusive to this CD single! ("It Used To Be Me" and "Ocean".) Disc looks new, and is shiny and clean. Case looking great, as well. Next is one of three CD singles from their 80s masterpiece, 'Disintegration'. The first of those three is for the song "Lullaby". That awesome song is here with a four minute remix, an extended remix that's nearly EIGHT minutes long, and live versions of "Homesick" and "Untitled"! Disc is beautiful, and still shiny and clean. Case looks new, as well!

In 1980 The Cure released a remix album titled 'Mixed Up'. It's really cool, and features a lot of great remixes of some of their biggest hits! From that album, you'll get the CD single for "Close to Me", and the trippy 'Closest Mix'; the awesome remix of "Just Like Heaven" (the awesome 'Dizzy Mix'); and the 'Red Mix' of the song "Primary". Disc is shiny and clean, and case only has some light shelf-wear on it. The band released a greatest hits album in '97 called 'Galore', with hit songs from 1987 to 1997. The recorded only one new song for this complilation, and that track is called "Wrong Number". The British import maxi-single for that track is here with FIVE wild remixes of that bangin' tune! Disc looks new, and is shiny and clean. Case looks great, as well.

We also have another track from the 'Wild Mood Swings' LP, released in '96. This one is called "Strange Attraction", and it's here on a FIVE song maxi, with two remixes of the title track, a remix of "The 13th" (that's not on the other maxi), a remix of "This is a Lie", and a remix of "Gone"! Next we go back to 1992, with the album 'Wish', and the beautiful "A Letter to Elise". Featuring the 7" remix edit version, and the longer 'Blue Mix'. They also add two unreleased (at the time) tracks! This disc looks great, with only a couple of very, very light surface marks on it. Nothing bad or that will affect play. Case looks great.

We'll end with the last two CD singles, and both are also from 'Disintegration'. We have the haunting "Pictures of You", and the nearly five minute remix. They also add live versions of four more tracks from that landmark album! I'm only seeing a few very, very light surface marks on it, but nothing bad, or that will affect play. Case looks great. And last, but not least, is the moving and uplifting track "Love Song". It's here with the three and a half minute remix, the over SIX minute remix, and TWO tracks that aren't on 'Disintegration' ("2 Late" and "Fear of Ghosts"). British singer Adele slowed "Love Song" down on her remake, and it's actually brilliant! You can also check out the remix of "Fascination Street" on the 'Razor Rare Remixes' disc included in this deal. It's really incredible...and fascinating!

And the bonus is a rare and holographic interview CD. I never got around to playing this, but it says interviews with The Cure band members. (Not sure what era this is from.) But it's a really cool disc with strange and colorful sketch drawings that change color when you move it. The perfect companion piece to this massive bundle of Cure music! Disc and case look great.

Find THE CURE for whatever's been ailing you lately. These CD singles have been long out of print, the CD and DVD is a special edition, and you probably won't find the remix disc anytime soon. (Or the interview CD.) The Cure's back catalogue is a huge part of music from the 80s and 90s, and we're so lucky that they are still around, still performing shows all over the world, and still relevant! Grab this very cool Cure bundle, before someone else beats you to it. Available now, and at a nice price!
