This is an Elgin mans wristwatch that was made in 1935.
It features a rolled gold plate case with a steel back.
The case is not marked Elgin, probably a replacement case.
15 jewel movement has a good balance and runs good.
I wound it up and after 24 hours, it was 4 minutes fast.
8/0 size movement.
The watch sets and winds properly.
The case is excellent with just a tiny bit of wear.
The dial does have some scratches but overall it is in good condition.
Good glass crystal.
Good crown.
27mm wide and 34mm long.
Takes a 16mm band.
This is a nice watch that just needs to be serviced.
It will be shipped in a box.
