These 2 patches were removed from their original wardrobe when Global Effects purchased a large inventory of specialty costumes. 

Some of these costumes were vests and jump suits from Universal Soldier: The Return. Since they were removed before noting whos costume they were from, we can not identify who's patch this was but do know the costumes were used for the film.

This comes with a COA stating its use in the film, signed by the owner of Global Effects.

Here at Orbital Surplus, we collect odds and ends from anywhere in the galaxy. So depending on what empire has collapsed, space freighter has crashed or Transport "got lost", we never know what we will receive next.
