Note, this is brand new with tags, but due to some storage issues- Two little areas of the red sparkle underside have been removed millimeters in size. Does not show when collar’s on Dog- it’s only on the underside-, my suggestion is clear nail polish just to seal &make sure it doesn’t come up more, but I won’t do that here ((UNLESS YOU ASK!)because you may have your own choice of treatment- This still has all its tags, and it has its COLLECTIBLE Black & Red Empire Emblem muffler that came with the collar, priced accordingly
