Cigarette case weighs 3.1 oz.

Case is most likely made of brass, polished or plated inside and painted / enameled on the outside (front and back) with the faux tortoise shell design.  "Eiffel Tour Paris" piece is permanently adorned to the front of the case.  A round metal piece, I'm guessing (I didn't try to remove it, as I feared it would be ruined) paper or photograph paper with the Eiffel Tower on it and a thin sheet of clear celluloid overtop.

Case holds 70mm (nonfilter) cigarettes.  I'm guessing it is from the 1940s or earlier, though I can't be certain.  It is certainly reminiscent of Ronson and Evans cases from the 1930s, 1940s or 1950s I've had in the past, in terms of its weight and feel.  I have gone over every millimeter of the case, inside and out, and cannot find any markings to denote a maker or era.
