38mm, white metal. Very scarce. Musante GW-1012, Baker-458A. Deep reflective prooflike surfaces. From the J. Doyle Dewitt Collection. 

Obverse: Three panels containing portraits. Top, nude bust of Washington facing right; lower left a clothed bust of Governor Clinton facing right; lower left, a uniformed bust of General Knox facing left. "Washington", "Knox" and "Clinton" joining each of the panels.

Reverse: Center, shield depicting the Arms of the city of New York resting in a wreath of laurel branches with crossed cannons and flags behind. Thireen stars above. "Evacuation Day Centennial" above; "1783" to left, "1883" to right; "Nov. 25 City of New York" below.
