Only on rare occasions do Proof Franklin halves appear with 100% toned surfaces like this. They are very desirable. Pastel olive green, teal, and tan rose toning over the whole of each side, which disappear into the black mirrors at some angles. Deep, fresh mirrors and seemingly full Cameo devices, but toned Proofs are rarely given Cameo. The present gem looks nicer than the assigned grade, we can't see any notable marks on it. A fabulous piece for the toning enthusiast.
