Vintage Canon Super 8 Auto Zoom 518 Film Camera - Made In Japan.

Camera Untested so it’s listed for parts as not able to guarantee working.

I was able to put batteries to check that the trigger works to roll film that was already inside. The zoom buttons also worked.

I was not able to open the bottom compartment in the handle where the other battery goes, the metal has corroded and it’s stuck closed. See photo.

The battery compartment on the body of the camera opens.

The “open” dial next to the viewfinder doesn’t move.

Other dials and batteries all move.

It is in black colour and has not been modified. The film format is Super 8 and the type is a video film camera.
