A very early issue. The Surasena Janapada are mentioned in the Ramayana (pre-3rd century BC), as well as by the Greek author Megasthenes (died c. 290 BC) who knew of their capital of Mathura. 

about EF, residual lustre, minor deposit. Scarce, especially so nice.
