I got this from Ash directly (over ten years ago), who by the way is a lovely person. He was retired at the time, but she had one last one left, so I grabbed him fast. Unfortunately he has no box.
I displayed him for a short while only (in a Detolf) as I absolutely love him, and he is a hard one to let go of.
