Vintage wooden carved chess set complete with 32 pieces stored in original included wood box with sliding and removable top. There is dovetail detail on edges of box. The tallest piece measures 2” and the smallest is 1”. The box measures almost 6” by 3”by 2”, and has two sections inside for the pieces. The tactile carved pieces are a simple rustic design, and the “varnish” is different from piece to piece (see pictures). The box has some small writing that is displayed in the pictures to view.
