Once you receive your order and are happy with it, please take time to leave us positive feedback. Positive feedback is very important to us as it is very crucial to our reputation and profile.

 In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied, please contact us before leaving neutral or negative feedback. We are always here to help and will do our best to resolve any issues you may have. We are committed to resolving all issues to your utmost satisfaction.

     Terms and Conditions of Sale

 1. Prices

Our products and prices are subject to change.

 2. Availability

All goods and services are subject to availability. Any product stock or availability information supplied is an estimate only. If on receipt of your order the goods are not available in stock we will notify you, and either refund you in full, or you can wait until the item is back in stock.

 3. Delivery

We use a variety of Delivery Methods depending on what the item has sold for and weighs. We post 1st Class, 2nd Class including Recorded Signed For Delivery. Every effort is made to ensure a prompt despatch of your order and delivery within the stated delivery days. Should you need your item urgently e.g. 'Next Day', we are happy to post it via Special Next Day Delivery at your expense.  However, we will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery. It is your responsibility to check all items ordered are included within the delivered consignment. It is your responsibility to notify us of any incorrect goods supplied within 7 days of delivery.

 4. Ordering

All orders are subject to approval by us and your order is only accepted once we dispatch. Payment shall be due before the order is processed for despatch.

 5. Returns and Refunds

5.1 Damaged Goods

If upon arrivaI of receiving your item in the unlikely event your order is received damaged please contact us immediately. Please retain the original packaging for returning your order. Contact us with your order number and with details of the problem. We will arrange to replace. It is your responsibility to notify us of any incorrect/damaged goods supplied to you within 7 days of delivery.

 5.2 Items that do not fit and are No Longer Wanted (within 7 working days of receipt)

Only if your purchase remains clean, unused and 'as new' in its original packaging we will accept the item back for a full refund up to 7 working days after receipt. This refund does not extend to the return postage costs incurred by you. You, the customer is responsible for the return of all goods.  Should we not receive your item return, this is something that you would have to take up with the postage company (e.g. Royal Mail etc), we cannot be liable for items that do not succeed in returning to our address. If the goods are damaged when returned to us it is your responsibility to claim from the company used to send the goods back to us. Please message before returning the item. Your item will need to be inspected before reimbursement is made. If the item is returned to us in a condition different to that of when it was sent out to you then a full refund will not be given. Damage can include make up marks, deodorant marks, holes, tears, signs of wear, smoky etc. The refund that you will receive will be proportioned against the sale price of the item. Restocking fee of 15% applies.

No goods/items are accepted for return outside of the 7 day returns policy.

 When returning please include:

-       Your Full Name

-       Item Number

-       Claims for non receipt will only be considered 15 days after dispatch of item.
