Early script "Jim Blackburn" stamp...not "Blackurn" front lowrider  touring racks for your touring bags.... these are in decent condition , Not Bent , they do show some wear , the hardware does look a little rough but should clean up really well ! be sure to check out our other listings for more vintage bike parts and frames !!
