Presented is a pair of English salad servers or serving spoons from Sheffield in 1913. The pair have an identical decorative crease on either side of the spoon. One of the pieces has 5 short fork tines on the end. Each handle is a lovely rounded shape with no added weighting.

Both handles have been marked with the English hallmarks: lion passant for sterling silver, the crown mark for Sheffield, and the date letter V, for 1913. There is also a marker's mark, M & W, for Mappin and Webb who began their work in 1892. The lion passant and date letter is also marked on the back of the handle.

This pair is in great condition. There are no monograms and no monogram removals. There are no breaks, no splits, and no repairs.
